Box Status

Box Connection Cannot be Established

We are receiving an error that the box connection cannot be established.  Box is showing all systems are operational.  How can we test and resolve this issue that continues to occur?

    Have you tried to connect to a different network to see if this is network related?

    I get this error all the time too, and then have to redownload box drive. It gets annoying

    When I click on the 'Contact Support' Link as suggested I am routed back to this community page and prompted to upgrade my subscription.  Are   all subscription levels able to submit a support ticket?
