Music files stored on box won't play on iPhone

The music files will play on Android phones, but not on iPhones.  The file name is visible, but does not play or even display the controls when tapped.  Trying to download the files does not appear to work, as the files do not appear in the download area on the phone.

    Welcome to the Box Community!

    Can you make sure you have the latest Box for iOS installed on your iPhone?

    Also, please try to logout, then re-login to the Box app and see if that helps resolve this issue for you.

    Should the issue persist, please go ahead and submit a ticket to our Support team here so they can further investigate with you.
