Hello. My project ended about October 15th. You can confirm this by my not logging on after that date except to cancel my account. I was recharged on the billing cycle but never got a chance to use it. Could you direct me to someone who could speak to me about a refund for the most recent period? Love the service, it was great while I needed it. Thank you in advance.
