    Welcome to the Box Community!

    It looks like your account does not have the Instant login option to disable this settings for the affected user. The feature is currently available only to Business plus and higher plans so it might not be available to you due to your type of account.

    This will require our Box Support team to work directly with the affected user. Can you please ask him to submit a support ticket on this page and someone will reach out to him to address this: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
