    Welcome to the Box Community!

    Is this happening on Box Drive app or when you are accessing via Box webapp (browser)?

    Are you logging in using a computer that is shared with other users?

    I've seem this happen before when other users are sharing your computer, they might also be using Box Drive app causing your login session to end.

    Hi France, it happens on Windows 10 Box Drive app.

    No one else is using my own laptop.

    From times to times the Box login windows pops up asking me to log in again.

    Does this only happen to Box Drive app or to any desktop applications you login to?
