    Hi,

    Welcome to the Box Community!

I ran a script to fix the file size count in your used storage and should be seeing the right file size count.

You can check this by going to your Box console> Account Settings>Account> Account Details> Storage ( used/total).

You can also check this article from our Box Support page about "Storage Usage".

    Best,

This problem is insane.  I've had this issue for years and now i can't even contact anyone to run the script mentioned above.  Your suggestion above leads you to an article claiming that you should disregard the box message, however you cannot upload more data even if you still have more than enough space.  Then more links to 'box support' which just lead you back to 'box community' - this is the worst / most maddening circular dead end i've ever seen in customer support.  Please have a link to actual customer support so that we can have the space we are actually paying for.

I have the exact same issue. For years I had to contact the support team, but now it's impossible to reach them. I think, box is finally going downhill.

I am having an issue where I have 2 files in a folder, but the file count shows 1. This is happening to 80% of my folders. Is there no customer service line, chat or form to have an actual person help us?
