iPhone Box Login "Device not fully secure"

I can not login to Box from my iPhone anymore.
"Device not fully secure" message appears.
"Device password must be enabled."  

I have a iPhone pin and box password so why is the error message preventing me from access?
Access on a desktop is fine.

    This would be something Box Support team can investigate with you and may require specific account information. I've gone ahead and created a ticket so that an agent can work directly with you on looking into this.
