    Hi there,

    Welcome to the Box Community! 

    It sounds like you are having an issue syncing files between your desktop Box Sync folder and your Box.com account. 

    Here are a couple steps I'd like you to try first to isolate the issue:

    1. First, please log in to Box.com and ensure that all of the folders you want to sync are marked for sync. Here is an article from our Box Support site that walks through this with screen-shots.
    2. Second, I would like you to check if there are any errors syncing on your local machine.

    Here is how you can check:

    You should see 'files synced' at the top if all of the content marked for sync on Box.com is successfully synced.

    • If you see 'error syncing # files' please click on that and it will generate a pop up listing the ignored files and the specific error message. This article also walks through each error message and potential troubleshooting steps.

    Hi AJ:

     

    I did turn on the green sync button  but I still only see the folder from December. I don't see the latest ones from January and February.

    I think it is working now. It looks that I have to upload or transfer the missing folders into the desired folder...Thanks,
