Deleted files but free space didn't reclaimed

I deleted my files but it did not change the amount of free space I have. i searched the community to find user who have same problem. then i found some answers. they said the only way to fix this issue is to submit a ticket to our support team. any ideas?

    Hi Jason, 

    Welcome to the Box Community!

    I've gone ahead and ran a script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account. 

    You should now be able to upload new files and see the correct storage size in your account.

    There's no way to solve that by yourself. You should make a new post to take official support like above of your reply.
