Have 2FA enabled for logins but NEVER prompted for 2FA
Hello..
This evening, while updating passwords for various accounts, I got to my Box account and logged directly into it with a username/password combination.
I had enabled 2FA on my account and double checked it after I logged in and it shows 2FA as enabled.
WHY isn't 2FA actually working on my login sequence?
I enabled it for additional security and am upset that it is not working.
I was able to change my password on the account without any 2FA intervention as well. There should be a 2FA step to validate it is me for password changes also!
