Incorrect storage usage or number of files in My Account
Even if I delete unnecessary files in the folder managed by this account and there is nothing in the folder, the storage capacity of 9.3GB may be used.
Can you please take measures so that the storage capacity is displayed normally?

Welcome to the Box Community!I ran a script to fix the file size count in your used storage and should be seeing the right file size count.You can check this by going to your Box console> Account Settings>Account> Account Details> Storage ( used/total).You can also check this article from our Box Support page about "Storage".Best,
