Admin Rights
Hi,
I had a BOX account,
[personal information--redacted]
, but the password expired and i am no longer to reset the password because i no longer have access to the email address. I was the "owner" of a client's BOX account. I need the ownership to transition to the following email address on that account,
[personal information--redacted]
. The client, Vertice, paid for this BOX account so I need help gaining them access to admin rights in order to edit, remove folders/uploads etc.
This is a link to the folder on the account, hopefully this allows you to understand which BOX account this is in regard to and can transfer admin rights accordingly.

Welcome to the Box Community!
If you can’t access the email address associated with your Box account, we recommend either reaching out to your email service provider (ESP) to regain access to your email account or creating a new account. For additional guidance please review our support guide on Logging in to Box.
Once you have gain access to the your account, you can add the other account to collaborate and change ownership.
