    Welcome to the Box Community! 
     
    I've investigated our email server logs and it looks like the address, is correctly receiving messages from our email server. 
    If you are not able to receive messages from Box please check your company's mail server or firewall and make sure that your email client is not blocking emails from noreply@box.com or noreply@box.net and are added to the email whitelist to ensure that Box messages are not blocked.
    Be sure that you are entering the correct email address when requesting for a password reset link. Also, please check your virus scan, Internet Service Provider, or company's mail server or firewall and make sure that your email client is not blocking emails from notify-e.box.com, track.notify-e.box.com, notify-w.box.com, or track.notify-w.box.com. You may need to contact your IT department to assist you; please take a look at this article: Troubleshooting Issues with Email Notifications
