I'm not using capacity
The specified capacity does not increase even if the file is deleted

  Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

  I went ahead and ran a script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account, sometimes Box caches previous file counts and storage amounts causing a data inconsistency. You should now see the correct storage size available in your Box.
