Box not syncing
Sorry if this has been brought up.
I purchased a new MacBook and brought over all my files, folder, apps etc.
box sync is installed on my new Mac and the files and folders are syncing and have blue check marks but when I create a folder on my computer and add contents, the folder shows on the phone app but the folder is empty, even after days. This has only been happening since I got a new Mac air.
I would love to figure out why my files are not syncing over to my phone.

For me to check, may I please have the following:
- Screenshot of what it looks like on your end?
- Have you tried logging out/in of your account?
- Can yo also check if the account is the same when logging in to your phone?
- Are you marking the files for offline use?
