I would like to know how to get to a deleted account back

My colleague's account was deleted. I would like to get her account back but I am  under a free account and I can not contact directly with box support.

I would like to know how to get to the deleted account back.

    I suggest that your colleague sign in to Support.box.com > Support > Contact Support in order to submit a case.
