Insufficient Permissions to Sync File

I keep getting this Error for the file "ms-motoroil.jpeg". I can't figure out how to get rid of the error. I've tried deleting all instances in Box; no success. I've tried populating the file in many Box folders; no success... I'm not even sure what the Error means since it is my jpg file created on my MacBook Air. Any suggestions? TIA!!! Bryan

  I would suggest to directly communicate with the owner of the file and see what permission level do you have for this account. Please check this article: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044195413-Box-Sync-Problem-Notification-Permission-Issue-On-Box
