I added Box to see docs being sent from a colleague who works for Amazon and would only share files thru this very flawed platform.  It never worked.  I have been trying to cancel the account for nearly a month.  I am getting emails asking for my billing info.  They have my billing info.  They are billing an astronomical amount for a product that does not work.  DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR CREDIT CARD. They will bill you for a useless piece of junk.
