    Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

    Do you have the latest version of Box for Android? Please open Google play store and look up Box and make sure that your app is on the latest version and then try this again.

    If you are already on the latest version, please logout and then re-login to your Box for Android app and then try again, see if you can move/ copy an item to a folder.

    Thanks for your reply.

    As for the latest version of the app and re-login to my BOX account I tried to do so and it did not help ...

    more than that I even uninstalled the app from my mobile phone and then installed it again from the Google play store, Also this action unfortunately did not help ...
