Hi there, I am not able to find ANY data, there should be loads of fotos. Box shows 41.3GB used space, but nothing to find. What happened?

  Welcome to the Box Community!

  I looked up your Box account and don't see any files currently residing in your account. Box Support is able to run a script for specific end-users’ accounts to fix the data inaccuracy issues around user storage size, folder size, and file counts. Is the content in your trash?

  Here is how to restore files in your account.
