Dear support,
Good afternoon. Can you please run the script on my account that gets an updated measurement of the storage being used? It's counting previously-deleted files against my limit. Thank you!

I've ran the script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account, so you should now see the correct storage size available in your Box.
