Received an email from [personal information--redacted] with suggestion of downloading Box app in August to get free bonus 10Gb of storage. Proceeded so but nothing received so far. False advertising?

    I also downloaded the ios app based on promotion offering an additional 10GB of storage. Please advise as to when storage will show up in my account.

    Same here. And I've checked my junk folder as well, but seems that my extra storage hasn't been reflected although it was been two weeks now. Happy to provide additional information if required.
