It finally worked for me by installing Box Sync once, uninstalled it and then installed Box Drive again. For some unknown reason that fixed it.

AJ I don't think the problem relates to both Box Sync and Box Drive installed simultaneously. NPO SABS doesn't mention Box Sync anywhere on his message and I'm having exactly the same issue as him...

I have the exactly the same issue. New win 11 laptop (Surface laptop Studio), my account works in another Win 10 laptop and two Android phones fine with same credentials. Any ideas/solution?
