Thank you, I figured out the file size issue, but now, a shared file is not viewable to anyone with the link. Not sure why, and I am no longer able to put an expiration date on it.

Upload says file size exceeds limit error
RéponduThe support forum says all uploading issues are resolved. They are not, I am still not able to upload a recording well under the maximum capacity permitted. Please respond. Thanks!

Same issue here, and the status page states that a fix was implemented, with no mention of continued issues being addressed. I am unable to upload a video recording. Thanks for any assistance!
