    I am trying to upgrade my account to get the previous version of my file but the payment system keeps showing me an error although I entered all information correctly.

  • Box stopped and my file crashed

    All of a sudden my box drive stopped and the file I have been working for three months has been crashed. The version of the file (history) got all lost. Please help me asap.
