Yes, still and issue years later! My employer uses Box and I had to come back here myself to find my own post to set up a new computer. This is so dumb, Box! PLEASE FIX IT!!!!!

Daniel, I updated my previous post. You need to run the command prompt window as admin. Type cmd in the windows search bar. Right click it and select "Run as Administrator".
