problem with storage - i have 1 GB of files stored but Box says its 12.3 GB

My Box account only has a few file on it totaling about 1 GB, but it says that I am using 12.3 GB. My trash is empty and there are no other files I can even see to delete. Can Box please res...

yes this is a big flaw in Box. I hope they can fix it. I have the same problem.
