    I having having a recurring problem in not being able to add collaborators to some of our folders. Last time this happened I was told Box stacks new users until they are cleared.  Ass admin of this...

    I have changed my phone. The Authenticator app did not transfer accounts over. What is the recovery process for this common failure. How do I then access my account?
