    still showing an unverified email and when I go to verify both from mobil environment and desktop I still get the 403 forbidden message.

    3. Can't Submit Ticket: Trying to add a deactivated user

    We are having the same problem and there is no way to submit a ticket.  Seeing this problem a lot on the forum and all the inquiries end in a dead end with radio silence from BOX.
