    I was last on Box in November. I recently logged in and it looks like all of my files have disappeared.  I have no collaborators.   I have checked trash and there is nothing in trash.  Any suggesti...

    Can I please get a support ticket or any other suggestion to retrieve my files?  I was last on Box in November when all of my files were still here.

    I checked the trash and nothing is there.  There is no collaborator on my files or folders.

    I logged into my Box account today and it looks like all of my files and folders have disappeared.  Can someone please help?
