    Blank Screen after I log into box,

    Every time I log into box the screen comes up blank. I have cleared cashes, and add ons , my firewall is fine. Does anyone know how to actually get in touch with a person at box, or even better yet...

    Same problem here. have been trying for days. Used different browsers and no results. Logged in from my phone so I know the log in info is correct
