I can't see my co-workers files
TerminéeIf I log into box, I can see all the work my co-worker has done. But all of a sudden, I can't see that same work if I log in through my normal way - by opening word.

I honestly don't know what you need to do to allow it, but it works great if only Box would tell me when it happens.

notification when viewer makes comments on document
When a client of mine makes comments on a document I have shared with them, I am not being notified. I am notified when they accept the share but not when they make comments. How do I fix this?
