  • I can't see my co-workers files

    If I log into box, I can see all the work my co-worker has done.  But all of a sudden, I can't see that same work if I log in through my normal way - by opening word.

  • notification when viewer makes comments on document

    When a client of mine makes comments on a document I have shared with them, I am not being notified.  I am notified when they accept the share but not when they make comments.  How do I fix this?
