    I ended up figuring out myself! It was a MAC issue. Go to Finder then Settings/Preferences and Advanced and choose 'show all filename extensions'

    We have replied to our support email 5 days ago and have not heard back from them! The one downside to this program is your customer service - I do not have time to keep chasing the support people ...

    Is there a way to change a setting to view my file extensions? I'd like to see .png .pdf etc on my viewer but can only see it when I view 'kind'. It's frustration on a design platform when we can't...
