Hi there, Welcome to the Box Community!  It looks like this is collaborated folder, I would suggest to directly communicate with the owner of files to see if you are still listed as a collaborator....

Hi there,  Welcome to the Box Community! I would suggest to directly communicate with the owner of the folder. They might have deleted the folder or removed you as a collaborator.  Thanks!
