    Also -- I created a personal account with Box. I did not have an account with Box before this link was shared, to be clear. Is that an issue? Would I need to create a new account?

    Thanks. It was just a link shared to my email -- I signed up for Box with the same email. Anything else I can do on my end?

    Was given a link over email to access some files. I tried to access and I cannot -- I received the below error message. Owner has shared with me. How do I fix?
