Folders not Syncing from mac to box

    Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

    May I know what macOS are you on and what version of Box desktop application are you running?

    Can you check if the Box Application you are using is running in the Activity Monitor? Also if you check the status of the Box app on your menu bar, is it grayed out or blue in color?

    Lastly, can you do a test and create a test file or folder in Box.com (via Web browser) and see if that will sync on the Box desktop app you are using.
