Following Topic or Posts Navigate to the Topic or Post in the Box Support Forum that you want to subscribe for updates.  You will see the Follow option to the right of the Topic/Post name Click "Follow" to get notifications When Following an entire Forum Topic, you can customise to follow only new posts or to also follow new comments that may appear on posts.   Managing your subscriptions To change your email subscription settings: Click your Avatar at the top-right of the page Select My activities from the drop-down menu You will then see three tabs; Requests, Contributions, and Following. Dear support, please help me activate box shuttle

Hello, we need to transfer our data to AWS S3. In attempt to activate Box Shuttle, i am stuck in the pin pong loop: - redirected to our enterprise box home page from Box Shuttle web page - redirected to Box Shuttle web page from Integrations pageWe just need a trial of the basic plan. Please help us activate it! Thanks

BOX Drive cannot be installed.

「BOX DRIVE」cannot be installed. The error message is「An error occurred during the installation of assembly component {22D75DAD-658C-3109-91F7-4CB1A0729109}. HRESULT: 0X800736FD」  My computer's OS is "Windows 11 Pro".The CPU is "Intel Core i7".The RAM is 16GB.The .NET Framework version is 4.8.09032. I meet the necessary requirements. Could you please advise me on how to respond?

MFA reset
