I need a Box support person to fix this redirect url problem
I am a SF admin. I have scoured the internet regarding the box url redirect issue, and nothing helps, because my url IS set correctly, but box still won't let any of my users log into box. This isn't even a matter of an API call. This is just clicking on Login on Box.com and entering the users SSO (google auth2) credentials and logging into box. It is impossible for ANY of my staff to log into box or use it in Salesforce, and I cannot keep trying to figure this out on my own, when I am not a developer.

This can't be rocket science, and yet, 1000's of articles online about the box redirect url problem. Seems like Box screwed this up last November if we can't even log into Box.com.

I'm not versed in sales force, but we have thousands of customer using it with box.
Recently we published a very detailed, step by step article "Getting started with Box for Salesforce development".
Although it is targeted for developers it does include the set up steps for users and authentication.
