Upload not possible
Hello, I am using Box.com for almost 10 years now, so far with no problems. Now I had to re-install, and it seems to be a kind of new version. Since then I can not open the synced files on my PC (i.e. this is not a valid word (or excel) file...) whereas the same file saved elsewhere can be opened. Tried to upload all folders directly via homepage of box.com but the upload stops after some seconds stating "some files could not be uploaded". I found out that there is a limitation of file size to 250 Mb. That was not the case with my account before. I guess you changed things and as I installed a new version I lost what I had before. If that's the case I cannot use Box anymore. This should not happen for costumers who are with Box for such a long time.

I checked your account and it appears you are on the Personal Free plan, and there are indeed limitations on the features in your Box versus those that are on a paid plan. For instance, your max file size upload limit is indeed limited to up to 250MB, if you try to upload a file that is greater than this, the error message would be expected. About the issue opening your files to your desktop PC, do you encounter any specific error message that you can share so we can take a look and share some troubleshooting tips? May we also know what OS are you on and what version of Box Drive are you using.
