Box drive not connected to server, not syncing
Hi there. I uninstalled and re-installed box drive because all of my syncing stopped. I cleared the cache in my internet explorer as well. However, the box drive states "Your device couldn't connect to the server. There may be a problem with the server or network." I am unable to resolve this, can you advise?

Can you try to manually reset your Box Drive following the steps provided in this article:
If that doesn't help, can you try connecting to other network and see if that makes any difference and if you will be able to connect to Box?
