回答済みライセンスを誤って購入してしまいました。
購入をキャンセルする手続きは可能でしょうか?

If you would like reduce the number of your purchased seats (licenses), please go ahead and submit a request to cancel@box.com. Kindly include the total number of seats you would like to continue purchasing in your email. We have a minimum purchase of 3 seats per account.
