    Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

    I understand that your colleague is unable to login to Box due to the 2FA verification code. To assist on this, can you please have your colleague go to this link Support.box.com > Support > Contact Support >.They will then see a line that says "If you are unable to sign in, click here." 

    They need to complete the form and include details about their login issue and someone from the team will reach out to them to help look into it.
