Generate Local Box Filename to URL

I am creating reports that generate a lot of PDF files that need to be linked via URL on the Box site so external clients can access the reports.  Is there an API or method to generate the URL's?

For example: 

Generate URL from:  C:/BoxDrv/Box/*/report/20220111043.pdf

to something like:  https://xyz.box.com/s/ktghbte4wxj7w78z818tirbpkcukekga
