I can't log in from new phone
完了I recently purchased a new iPhone 14 Pro Max. I am trying to log into my Box account. I enter my username and password then go to the 2-factor authentication page. I enter my phone number and receive a temporary code to enter in order to access the account. However, when I click "Continue", I get an error message saying there was a problem sending me a text message and to contact support. I'm not sure what to do from here. Can someone please reach out and help me?
