Box businessへのアップグレードが出来ません。

以下の文字が掲出されます。

「要求の処理中にエラーが発生しました。

お支払い情報を処理できませんでした。すべてのフィールドの入力内容が正しいことを再確認し、もう一度実行してください。サポートが必要な場合は、support.box.comを参照してください。」

    山田さん、住所等を英語で記載して、別のクレジットカードに変更したらアップグレードできました。どっちで引っかかっていたのかは今となってはわかりませんが、変更前のクレジットカードが米系パソコン会社の直販サイトで使えなかったのでそっちの可能性が高い気がします。

    住所を英語で記載し、別のクレジットカード情報を記入してもアップグレードできませんでした。
    何が原因でエラーが発生しているのか、詳細を記載するようにしていただけませんでしょうか。

    I'm suffering this, too.

    I doubt some in controls may not work properly for Japanese GUI.

    Box upgrade dialog always give wrong, meaningless, feed back..

    If your engineers are not good at multilingual gui, especially for EC, then please allow users to access english GUI.

    For us, your EC Japanese interface is terrible.

    Hoping some improvements since this is critical point to gain users, & me, too.

    I can't upgrade to Box business.　I also tried to input my address in English , but I still received the following same comment.

    出来ました！

    画面右上の「プランをアップグレード」というアイコンからアップグレードをしようとするとエラーで出来ないのですが、

    一番右の名前のアカウント設定→管理オプション→アカウントをアップグレードで試したらできました。

    アップグレードできませんでした…
    いくつかクレジットカード変更してみましたが、できませんでした。住所も英語で入力しました。
    businessプランです。皆さん原因わかりますでしょうか？

    同じように、アップグレードできません。
    これは、利用者の急激な増加を防ぐものなのでしょうか？

    このスレッドにある方法は全て試しましたが、どうしようもできません。
    どなたか、解決策を知っている方はいませんか？

    新規で申し込んでもエラーになっちゃいますね。これは日本の代理店を使えという作戦ですかね？

    I could go through the strange gate.

    The address textbox is separated in wrong way.

    There the boxes for street, city(ward), nation.(Now I'm not clear, maybe different separation, the point is , there are multiple textboxes for address.)

    For me, the ward input is source of problem. if you live in "HOGE" ward, the input algorithm only accepts HIGE and reject any of HOGEku, HOGE ward... 

    Each of input textbox must be clearly defined what should be there, but there no guidance, information, helptools.

    Here I do ask box developper to set any "usable" assistance/guides at the dialogbox to help users to spent meaningless time & efforts.
