Unable to create folder

I'm unable to create folders on BOX, i can't use the desktop version to drag and drop a new folder in, either. I tried updating the desktop version but it defaulted to an older version and now also will not open at all.

  For me to check, may I please have a screenshot of what it looks like on your end? Are you trying to upload a file on the folder you owned?
