Box shuttle -frustration getting onboarded.

I have been trying for 2 days to do a self directed migration and I can't seem to get the right information.

it says my account is inactive.

Ive done the survey, ive readl all the articles.

shuttle support keeps asking for my shuttle account name. All I can provide is the email address which i am trying to register.

I keep getting links to articles I've followed... I just need someone that knows the onboarding to be able to use shuttle so I can migrate my data.
