    I'm sorry to hear that you are having issue with missing files in your Box. The best way to determine what happened to your files would be to reach out to your Box admin and request that they run a User Activity report to investigate on this.

    Also, I just checked your profile, and it looks like you are part of an organization that requires their managed users to contact your internal helpdesk or IT team for issues related to Box.

    Many thanks for your response. I contacted my local IT support and was advised they cannot help with box so I have been referred to another helpdesk. Hoping for success soon.
