November and December folders are missing
回答済みNovember and December folders have not appeared in my Box, I am unable to submit documents.

Was the folder a shared folder in which you collaborated with others? If so, the owner of the folder could have removed your access to the content. In this case you’ll need to contact the folder owner and ask to be re-invited.
All users collaborating on a collaborative folder who have an Editor access level or above on the folder will be able to move, edit, add, and delete contents within this collaborative folder. If you notice that content is missing or in a different location within this collaborative folder structure, it is most likely that another collaborator on the folder moved/deleted the item from its original location.
Have you already searched in your other folders in Box and in your Box Trash the missing folder? Box allows you sort and filter items within your trash folder.
You can filter content by Items I deleted and Items I own.

The Items I deleted filter will display all items deleted by you, regardless of who created or owns the item.

The Items I own filter will display all deleted items that you own, regardless of who deleted the item.
Tip: Filtering by "Items I Own" is helpful when trying to track down content that may have been deleted by a collaborator in a folder you own.
